About this Demonstration
This is a recording from a performance by Arc Iris outdoors in Westport, MA. We recorded Arc Iris's drummer using the Your Heaven® EzQ® Drum System, which was also the only drum signal used for the PA and band monitors. The Ambient Stereo Mic track is an Audio Technica AT822 placed about 20 ft in front of the PA and band.
If you toggle back and forth between the two audio tracks, you can compare the ambient sound on the lawn and a live drum mix created on the Your Heaven® EzQ® Drum System with no additional processing. We think you'll find that the Your Heaven® EzQ® Drum System does an excellent job of capturing a quality, acoustic-sounding drums while simultaneously rejecting most of the other sound on stage and avoiding feedback.
